Warranty Policy

Scope of Warranty


Pro Computer Repairs ("PCR") offers a limited warranty for all repair services and products sold to our customers. We warrant that all our services and products will meet the quality and functionality standards as described, fit for the intended purpose.

Note: This warranty applies only to the specific repair or replacement services carried out and parts replaced by PCR and does not extend to any subsequent damage or issues unrelated to the original service performed.


Limitation of Liability


PCR will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage, however caused. Moreover, PCR is not responsible for issues that occur post-repair if these issues are unrelated to the service performed.

Warranty Period


For Labour: 30 days from the date of completed repair.
For Replacement Parts: 12 months from the date of completed repair, unless otherwise specified.


Data Responsibility

Personal data is not covered under the PCR warranty agreement. We highly recommend that customers maintain a backup of any critical data as PCR cannot be held liable for any data loss, including during the 'Data Recovery' service.

Return Policy

Products sold by PCR carry a Return To Base (RTB) warranty, as stated on the product landing page. Customers may need to cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product to PCR.

Warranty Claims


To claim under this warranty, customers must return the defective product along with the original proof of purchase to PCR. This warranty does not cover: 

  • Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Issues unrelated to the repair or service conducted by PCR.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Australia and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
