My old 2017 Mac Book Pro was nearly at end of life because of the battery. It was working really slowly and was buldging!!!. Took it to Apple and they couldn't help as the don't stock batteries for my lap top any longer and they tried to sell me a new computer which was going to lead to more expense with having to upgarde to subscription style software as the software I purchased years ago would not run on the new computers. Luke from Pro Computer Repairs was amazing to deal with. I cracked my laptop touch screen and contacted Luke. One phone call and within 5 minutes later, Luke had advised of a price and ordering time which was 2 to 3 business days. Without me even asking, Luke also talked me through disabling my touch screen so as I could continue to use my laptop whilst I was awaiting the repair.
