One phone call and within 5 minutes later, Luke had advised of a price and ordering time which was 2 to 3 business days. Without me even asking, Luke also talked me through disabling my touch screen so as I could continue to use my laptop whilst I was awaiting the repair. He ordered me a new battery that arrived within a couple of days.
